Maple Zone boys’ recruit: Central Bucks senior attackman McGee commits to CCBC Essex

Central Bucks South senior attackman Tyler McGee has committed to play lacrosse at Community College of Baltimore County at Essex.

College Choice: CCBC Essex (National Kuco semifinalist in 2012)

Club Affiliation: Bucks Select

Major lacrosse honors: Titan Award

What will you major in/study? Nursing

Why did you choose CCBC? “It’s a great school and it gives me the opportunity to get my grades up and be able to play Division 1.”

Outlook for your high school team? “Our team next year is going to be the best CB South has seen. We are bringing back almost the entire team and didn’t lose any key players. We are looking forward to a very exciting year.”

Additional Comments: “Thank you to Coach (Mike) Sharman. I wouldn’t have been able to push myself like I did and get to where I’m going without him.”
