Seneca senior defenseman Riley Harris has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Bridgewater College.

Riley Harris log:

Riley Harris (Right)

High School: Seneca

Graduation Year: 2013

Position: Defense

College Choice: Bridgewater College (Va)

Club Affiliation: South Shore Lacrosse Club

Major lacrosse honors: Top 205, Rutgers MVP, Ultimate Performance

Academic Honors: Honor Roll

What will you major in/study? Biology

Why did you choose Bridgewater? “It’s a first year program that I see great potential in. They have a great coaching staff and I feel like the kids have the skills to make an impact their first year in the very competitive ODAC. It was just the perfect fit.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “We should be successful. We lost 2 major components, one on defense and one on offense but, I feel like we have the pieces to fill the holes.”

Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my club coaches J.C. Valore and Chad Flexon as well as my high school coaches Rob Davidson and Jim Spicer.”

Other schools considered: Ferrum, Christopher Newport University, Limestone, University of Tampa, Lynchburg
