Elite Training Middle School/High School Specific Strength, Conditioning and S.A.Q. Training Camp for boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players at its Bryn Mawr site at 4 N. warner Ave. from Dec. 10-Jan. 27. The Camps will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, speed/agility and injury prevention. The camps meet every Thursday from 4-5pm (Middle School Athlete) 5-6pm (High School Athlete) and Saturday from 2-3pm (Both). Cost: $205 Per Athlete

2013 Girls Lacrosse Holiday Clinics, Monday, January 21, 2013-MLK DAY, Monday, February 18, 2013-Presidents Day. Time: 9am-3pm-2, 3-hour sessions
Ages: Session 1-Elementary and Middle School-9am-12pm; Session 2-High School 12pm-3pm
These specialized clinic programs will feature specific skill development and game instruction in order to prepare players for the upcoming lacrosse season.

Recruiting tournaments
The Third Annual Philly Girls Showcase, Saturday, Nov. 3 at Westtown School, West Chester. Registration for the event is open at Showcaselacrosse.com. The Philly Girls Showcase will feature 250 elite players from the graduation classes of 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Each participant is placed on a team for the day, and coached by a prominent local high school coach. The players all play three games in front of the assembled college coaches in the morning. At the conclusion of the morning session there is a brief break as the Fab Forty All-Star rosters are announced, and the Philly Girls Showcase concludes with two elite all-star games. There will be an All-Star game for the classes of 2015/16, and the second for the classes of 2013/2014. Additionally, all games at the Philly Girls Showcase are professionally filmed in HD, and a complete video package will be available for all participants.
Tournaments
Lake-Lehman Fall Classic 7-on-7 lacrosse tournament for boys and girls. This 2nd Annual 7-on-7 tournament will be held on Sunday, November 4th at Lake-Lehman High School. Cost is just $240 per team. Proceeds will support the LLHS teams which are 100% self-funded. Lake-Lehman HS is located about one hour north of Allentown – just outside of Wilkes-Barre. Travel will be considered when assigning start times. There will be eight divisions are as follows:
Boys: U11, U13, U15, High School; Girls: Elementary, Jr. High, High School A, High School B. This tournament sold out last year. Reserve your team spot today.

The 4th Annual Care for the Cure Lacrosse Tournament, November 10 at Henderson High. The tourney features boys’ and girls’ high school brackets. The tourney raises money for cancer organizations on behalf of Henderson grad and Duquesne student-athlete Caroline ‘Care’ Cranston who lost her life in a battle with AML Leukemia on May 8th of 2010.

Each team will play 3 games throughout the day in a round robin format. Games are 50min. in length with a 5min halftime. USlacrosse high school rules will apply!
