Bishop Shanahan junior midfielder Dylan Alderman has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Hofstra University.

Why did you choose Hofstra: “After visiting many colleges throughout the summer, I chose Hofstra because I felt it was the best fit for me academically and for lacrosse. After meeting Coach (Seth) Tierney and Coach (J.P.) Brazel and the Hofstra coaching staff, I immediately felt welcomed and knew that the Hofstra lacrosse program was something that I wanted to be a part of. The top-notch program that Coach Tierney has built and the outstanding academic support and facilities at Hofstra helped solidify my decision.”
What is your high school team’s outlook for next season: “We will be young but experienced so we are looking forward to the season.”

Other Comments: “I would especially like to thank my parents for all their unending support and my two older brothers, Tyler and Ryan, for the excellent examples they set for me.
