Longstreth girls’ recruit: Archbishop Wood rising senior midfielder Lynch commits to La Salle

Archbishop Wood rising senior midfielder Kiara Lynch has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at La Salle University.

What will you major in/study? “Biology. I want to be an Optometrist.”

Why did you choose La Salle?
“I like the size of the school and how close it is to home. They also have a great Biology program as well as a lacrosse program. I think this school is a perfect fit for me.”

Outlook for 2013 HS season: We will be a young team, but we have a lot of potential and I think we will do very well next season.”

“I didn’t start playing lacrosse until my freshman year and I never thought I would be playing college lacrosse. I’m so thankful to my parents and coaches for helping me through this process and grow as a player.”
