Aftershock Travel Team Tryouts for Summer 2013, Girls Entering 4-11 in the Fall of 2012, August 19 and 26 1-5PM, 1286 Black Rock Rd. Collegeville. The Aftershock Lacrosse Summer Travel Program is designed for the competitive lacrosse player entering grades 4-11 in the Fall of 2013. We are a Not For Profit organization interested in expanding the game of lacrosse at a reasonable price for families. Fall and Winter Leagues and Tournaments are offered. We offer no-cut Futures Teams for youth and middle school players that do not make the travel team.

Fall Leagues

Coach Duck’s Sunday Fall Ball girls’ lacrosse leagues for high school and middle school teams. The high school league will be held on full-field turf fields at Shipley School, Cabrini College and Henderson High. Leagues run on Sundays from September 16th-October 28th, 2012. The team fee is $1200 (deposits are due by June 30) and the individual player fee is $90.

The Middle School League is for girls in grades 5/6 or 7/8. Games, 7v7, will be played at Harriton High. on Sundays from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. The fee is $900 per Team or $100 per individual.

Clinics

Cradle Lacrosse, NXTsports’ educational program for the area’s youngest lacrosse players, is happy to release its Spring 2012 schedule of programs. Cradle Lacrosse is designed to teach basic lacrosse skills in a fun, energizing and supportive environment. All equipment is provided for the kids, and the curriculum is designed to teach the basics of lacrosse to youngsters in an age-appropriate and fun way. Over three-hundred kids have participated in Cradle Lacrosse over the last year.

Aftershock Grades 5/6 AND 7/8 Futures Teams

8 Weeks of Training and two July Tournaments. There are no tryouts and no cuts for these teams. Spots will fill up fast, register online.

Showcase/Recruiting Camps

Philly Girls Showcase Camp, July 17-19, at Haverford College, open to players in the graduating classes of 2013, 2014, and 2015. The Camp will be directed by Karin Brower Corbett, Head Coach at Pennsylvania, and co-directed and hosted by Lauren Wray, Head Coach at Haverford College. The Camp will also feature educational seminars off the field on topics including the college recruitment process, NCAA rules, strength training, and nutrition.

Hershey LaxFest- Hershey’s ONLY Lacrosse Tourney- July 21-22. As the ONLY Lacrosse Tourney in Hershey, PA we are very excited to be able to offer youth lacrosse teams a tournament where great lacrosse & a great time go hand in hand!
In 2012, we expect teams from across the USA and Canada- from the West Coast to Massachusetts to Florida.
You can Smell the Chocolate as You Play and are close enough to see Hershey Park from the fields.

AfterShock Girls’ Lacrosse Club Girls Summer Play Day for middle school and high school teams on Sunday, July 22. Open spots for 5/6; 7/8; HS. Location- 1286 Black Rock Rd Collegeville. Times -8AM-4PM; Cost – $200 per team; Each team will get 3 games and the top 2 in each division will play in a championship game.
The top 2 teams in each division will play a championship game. The Umpires will be paid US Lacrosse certified officials. Each team would be asked to kick in $200 for umpire and field fees.
