Pottstown senior midfielder Danae Perrymond has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Gwynedd-Mercy College.

Why did you choose Gwynedd-Mercy? “It’s a small campus, which I liked, and it will give me the opportunity to play on the lacrosse team. Everything just felt right for me.”
Reflections on the 2012 high school season: “Our team had its ups and downs, but we brought back our sisterhood and finished the season strong.” (Pottstown captured the PAC-10 regular season championship in the Frontier Division with a 9-4 mark and qualified for both the PAC-10 Final Four and District One playoffs).
Other comments: “Coach (Andy) Bachman is a great coach and everyone who ever played for him knows that. I appreciated all of the things he did for our team. I’m very glad I got to play with these girls the past four years. Once a Lady Trojan, always a Lady Trojan!”
