Malvern Prep Lacrosse and Old School Lacrosse are offering a Summer Lacrosse Conditioning program for boys 9th grade and up beginning the week of Monday, June 18 and continuing for five sessions until July 20. Times are flexible and are offered during each day of the week.
This program is a high intensity, core strength and conditioning program that delivers guaranteed results.
Workouts are done on the Malvern Preparatory campus. This high intensity style of training will challenge players in a variety of ways. You will improve your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.
Every training day is different to shock your muscles.
Training sessions will consist of:
· Drop Sets
· Super sets
· Circuit Training
· Jump rope
· Hill workouts
· Sprint workouts
· Medicine Ball workouts
· Malvern Preparatory, Varsity Assistant Lacrosse Coach
· Certified Personal Trainer
· Old School Lacrosse, Director of training
· Former NLL Player
· Former United States Marine Training Specialist
Sessions, Cost, & Age Policies
This is five week program that runs from June 18-July 20. No training on the following dates: June 28 and July 4th
Summer Lacrosse conditioning is open to boys in 9th grade up.
Training Session Times: (Each Session is 1 hour long)

We will try and cater to summer jobs, carpools etc…. the best we can. We would like to try and keep only 20 athletes per training session so that everyone gets the most out of each session.
Athletes are not required to come everyday but can if you want depending on space availability.
Please bring: running shoes, towel, cleats, shorts and t-shirt with sleeves
The five week program will cost $200.
