Boys’ lacrosse: CB East rallies past Hatboro-Horsham, 9-7

Central Bucks East rebounded from a 4-0 first-period deficit and earned a key 9-7 win over visiting Hatboro-Horsham today in Suburban One Continental Conference boys’ lacrosse action.

Three players – Matt Heim, Zac Kane and Matt Milici – had three goals each and Ryan Connors was a standout on defense for the Patriots. Senior goalie Harrison Holak was the other star, posting 15 saves as the Patriots improved to 4-0 overall and 2-0 in the league.

The Hatters (1-2, 1-1) were led by Trevor Downing (two goals) and defensively by Dom DeFazio (four ground balls, one assist). Mark Poust was strong in goal, recording 16 saves. Steve Palo led the Hatters with five groundballs.
