Harriton assistant coaches

The Harriton High School Boys’ Lacrosse team is looking to add two or three people to its coaching staff.
Positions are available for the varsity and junior varsity squads. While individual responsibilities will vary, all coaches are expected to –
1. teach and develop individual and team skills of players;
2. assist the head coach in preparing practice plans;
3. develop game plans with the head coach;
4. scout future opponents.
Prior playing and coaching experience is preferred. These are coaching-only positions. The regular season begins in March, but we have year-round activities, including conditioning, voluntary practices, and offseason tournaments. Immaculata Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach
(Full-Time, 10-Month Position)

Immaculata University is seeking applications for a full-time, 10-month Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach/Coordinator of Intramurals & Fitness Center. As the head coach, this position will oversee the men’s lacrosse programs in areas of organization, coaching (skill development and strategy), administration, fund raising and student-athlete recruitment. This position will also develop, plan and supervise all Immaculata University intramural activities, and be responsible for the fitness center with duties including improving and enhancing the fitness center and its programs. Prior coaching and competitive experience is required, with collegiate coaching experience preferred. The successful candidate must also have obtained a bachelor’s degree and have working knowledge of NCAA Division III rules. Arcadia head coach

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following functions which, are not listed in any particular order of importance or significance:

Recruiting: identifies prospective student-athletes qualified for admission to Arcadia University, effectively communicates with prospective student-athletes; effectively communicates and coordinates recruitment efforts with Arcadia’s Office of Enrollment Management.

Coaching/Student-Athlete Experience: demonstrates knowledge of, and ability to develop, sport skills, strategies and philosophy; promotes student-athlete welfare and provides appropriate mentoring to student-athletes and assistant coach.

Program Administration: operates within all University, Commonwealth Athletic Conference and NCAA III guidelines; schedules practices; maintains inventory of equipment, uniforms, and supplies; carry out team travel according to established policies and procedures; effectively communicates within the Department and with the University community on matters pertaining to program. Will work with the Department of Athletics to secure playing and practice facilities off campus for the team.

Department Equipment Manager: maintains working order of the department’s athletic equipment including but not limited to organizing storage areas, laundry areas, and general use areas.

Supervision: identifies, hires, trains and evaluates assistant coach, including volunteers; ensures that assistant coach/volunteer adhere to all university, Commonwealth Athletic Conference and NCAA III guidelines. How to Apply:
