The Big 4 Lacrosse Indoor Academy winter lacrosse league and instructional clinics, Sundays 12/11, 12/18, 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, and 1/29 from 11am – 2pm. Open to current 6th, 7th and 8th grade boys, at the Fieldhouse at Haverford. Each participant will be placed on a team that will compete together throughout the entirety of the academy. The academy will be broken down to two segments- a 1 hour position specific clinic, and 2 hours of competitive play each day. ALL players will be required to play with a short-stick.
The fee to participate in the Academy is $300. Registration is limited to the first 60 players to sign up.

Old School Lacrosse Winter Lacrosse Training starts Dec 4th at the Phelps School Indoor Field house, Malvern. December 4th will be an evaluation date. Following evaluation you will be notified of what session to attend. Sessions will be broken down by skill level. Dates are Dec, 4, 11, 18, Jan. 8,15,22,29, Feb. 5,12. Sessions are either Session #1- 3:30-5pm or Session #2 -5-6:30pm. Fee: $400 (Only “30” spots available for each session).
Old School Winter Lacrosse Training will give you the tools needed to prepare yourself for the up-coming season. Training will consist of Stick Skills, Offensive/Defensive, Strategies/Positioning, controlled scrimmages and more.

This fast paced, intense Pre-Season combine will separate you from the competition. The Combine will offer Stick Skills, Speed and Conditioning, Offensive/Defensive Strategies/Positioning, Plyometrics, Weight room workouts, Agility Training, College Recruiting Information/Preparation Awareness.

“Developing the Shooter” clinic, Dec. 30, 10 a.m.-noon, at Hagan Arena’s Multi-Purpose Room, St. Joseph’s University, 5600 City Ave, Philadelphia. Run by St. Joe’s men’s lacrosse team, clinic is for boys in grades 6 through 8, parking is available in the surface lot adjacent to Hagan Arena. This clinic will focus on teaching the different fundamental movements of shooting – Catch and shoot; shooting on the run; inside shooting, and more! Each clinic participant will receive a substantial number of repetitions and attention from the Saint Joseph’s University coaching staff. Defensemen are encouraged to come. We will not be instructing goalies during this clinic. Staff: Dan Keating – Assistant Coach, SJU; Mike Keating – Assistant Coach, SJU.
Check-in: 15 minutes before the start of the clinic in the lobby of Hagan arena. Please bring a signed waiver form (see below) and check made payable to Saint Joseph’s University.
