Where can you go to see the highest level of pro lacrosse, live music from rising artists and free youth and high school skills clinics with instruction from professional players?

Right here in Philly, when the LXM PRO Tour makes its second stop at Radnor High on Sunday, Oct. 9.

The event begins at noon with a pro lacrosse game that will feature such big-name players as Mikey Powell, Kyle Harrison, Zack Greer, Shamel & Rhamel Bratton, Sean Morris, Brett Hughes, Chris Passavia, Matt Alrich, Sean Lindsay, Greg Peyser, Chazz Woodson, Lewis Ratcliff, Brandon Corp, Trey Whitty, Maxx Davis, and locally Max Ritz (Radnor) and Brett Moyer (Ridley).

Ritz, along with brother Xander Ritz and as well as fellow Maryland alums Scott and Craig Hochstadt and Johns Hopkins grad Harrison, initially created LXM PRO to help promote lacrosse in non-traditional hotbeds. They have expanded some of the tours to Eastern hotbeds; they held an event July 4 weekend at the Under Armour All-American Games.

The LXM PRO events feature a mixture of pro lacrosse, live music, top-notch clinics on many skills and interaction between lacrosse fans in a carnival-type atmosphere. There also will be numerous vendors. Last year’s event at Radnor drew over 3,400 people.
