Sophomore Cole Yeager (Radnor) won 10 of 16 face-offs and scored a goal to spark undefeated Yale (4-0) to a 10-6 victory today over visiting Lehigh in non-conference men’s lacrosse.

Cameron Leo-Gosney led Lehigh (3-3) with two goals and freshman Ryan Buttenbaum (Conestoga) won 4 of 7 face-offs.

Stony Brook 14, Delaware 9

The visiting Blue Hens fell to 4-3 with the loss to No. 6 Stony Brook. Eric Smith, had two goals and an assist for the Hens while Grant Kaleikau had a goal and four assists.

Brown 11, St. Joseph’s 4

Kyle Mahopney scored twice for the struggling Hawks (0-5).

Navy 15, Lafayette 6

Will Heffernan (Haverford School) scored twice for the Leopards in defeat.

Maryland 8, Towson 4

Niko Amato (La Salle) made eight saves in goals to lift the Terps.

Siena 10, St. John’s 4

Mic DeBellis (Emmaus) scored once for Siena (4-2) while Charlie Holenstein (Downingtown West) tallied once for the Red Storm.

Virginia 11, Cornell 9

John Haldy (Haverford School) scored once for the No. 2 Cavaliers (6-1) while Mike Bronzino (Conestoga) had four groundballs for the Big Red (3-2).

Johns Hopkins 16, UMBC 5

Kyle Wharton (Haverford School) scored twice, Matt Dolente (Malvern Prep) won 15 of 20 face-offs and Tucker Durkin (La Salle) had two groundballs to pace the Hopkins (5-1) defense in the Konica Minolta Face-Off Classic at M&T Bank Stadium.

Dave Brown (Hill School) scored twice for UMBC.

Notre Dame 10, Denver 9

Westy Hopkins (La Salle) scored once for the No. 3 Irish (4-0).
