Five Philly seniors have recently committed to play Division III lacrosse.
The players include:
*Unionville face-off specialist/midfielder Jack O’Neill (Wesley College) earned Second Team Ches-Mont League honors and helped the Indians advance to the second round of the District 1 tournament.
*Unionville midfielder James Moss (Wesley College) earned Second Team Ches-Mont League honors and helped the Indians advance to the second round of the District 1 tournament. He joins Unionville teammate O’Neill as a Wesley recruit.
*Harriton defenseman Haddon Corbett (Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham) earned Honorable Mention Central League honors.
*Haverford High attackman Mike Leyden (Cabrini College) led the Fords to the District 1 playoffs by garnering a team-high 41 goals and earning First Team Central League honors.
*Manheim Township defenseman Hogan Ross (York College) received the team’s Coaches award for his attitude and hard work in recovering from a serious injury that kept him sidelined until the last week of the regular season.
