From Press Release

The HEADstrong Lacrosse Club is hosting open tryouts for their Boys 2012 Summer and Fall lacrosse teams on October 2nd and October 16th at Widener University, Chester, PA.

Tryouts will be specifically held for HEADstrong Blue (2013), HEADstrong Gold (2014), and HEADstrong Green (2015). Players graduating in years 2013 and 2015 are invited to tryout from 10am-11:30am October 2nd and October 16th. Players graduating in year 2014 are asked to tryout from 11:30am-1pm on both October 2nd and October 16th. Players should plan on being at the Widener University’s Athletic Facility 45 minutes prior to their tryout time slot.

There will be a tryout fee of $27.00, payable by cash or check to the HEADstrong Lacrosse Club, which must be brought to the October 2nd tryout. Please register online at http://www.headstronglax.org/player-registration/ ASAP in order to secure your spot at tryouts.

The HEADstrong Lacrosse Club has won titles this summer at the King of the Hill Tournament, Upper Atlantic Tournament, and The MVP Session II Tournament.

An important part of playing for the HEADstrong Lacrosse Club name is giving back to the HEADstrong Foundation. Through selling our “Band of Brothers” t-shirts and through player initiation fees the lacrosse club was able to make a $5,000.00 donation to the HEADstrong Foundation this summer. Events like the HEADstrong Night at the Phillies, The Light the Night Walk, and the Nick Colleluori Classic allows the players of the HEADstrong Lacrosse Club the ability to volunteer their time to a great cause! We ask all players of the HEADstrong Lacrosse Club to take a stake in the Foundation’s mission.

Please email Brian Neary, info@headstronglax.org, for any additional information you may need.
