Girls’ lacrosse: Big second-half surge lifts first-place Radnor past Strath Haven in Central League

Natalie Miller scored four goals and Kristen Norden collected three goals and four assists while Annie Woehling made 13 saves as host Radnor earned a 14-8 victory today over Strath Haven to keep its hold on first place in the Central League.

The Red Raiders outscored the Panthers 10-4, in the second half and improved to 8-1 in the league and 11-3 overall. Strath Haven fell to 5-4 in the league and 10-5 overall.

Lindsay Grossman and Shannon Quinn each scored two goals for the Raiders while Leah Gallagher, Taryn Deck and Amelie Yeager each scored once.

Jenna Frost and Alex Duckenfield each scored three goals for the Panthers.
