We beg to differ.

Lacrosse is the glue that binds many of us together. However, we are more than just the game, we are a community. mission is to share stories that affect the players, and members of our community some may be tragic, some uplifting and some about who lost and who won it is our hope that with your support we will continue to do just that.

We at Phillylacrosse stand by our coverage of this tragic event and wish for DiDonato’s continued healing and a full and happy future. What DiDonato has shown all of us since the shooting is strength of character, willingness to overcome and the true survival spirit.

Everything is possible with family and friends at your side and a willingness to work for what you want. These lessons should serve as reminders to all of us and are valuable lessons both on and off the lacrosse field.

We also feel for Mr. Ung and the personal struggles that will surely stem from this unfortunate chain of events. It is our hope that both these young men take this tragic incident and use it to create positive traction in their lives and community.
