Duke’s Wolf (L. Merion), Penn State’s Kaut (Springfield-D) listed as 2-3 among nation’s top freshmen by Inside Lacrosse

Five Philly men were listed among the top freshmen thus far this year in Division I college lacrosse by Inside Lacrosse.

No. 2 on the list was Duke attackman Jordan Wolf while No. 3 is Penn State goalie Austin Kaut. The two players shared the Phillylacrosse.com Player of the Year honor last season.

They were right behind North Carolina attackman/middie Nicky Galasso. Click here for full story and listing.

Also on the list from Philly were Lafayette goalie Andrijko Andrusko (Holy Ghost Prep), Penn State attackman Shane Sturgis (Downingtown East) and Dartmouth midfielder Patrick Resch (La Salle).
