Women’s recruit: Hatboro-Horsham senior midfielder Carr commits to Drexel

Hatboro-Horsham senior midfielder Lizzy Carr has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Drexel University.

Major lacrosse honors: Philly National Tournament team, Second Team All League (Suburban One Continental Conference), Offensive Player of the Year for Hatboro-Horsham in 2011, 90 career goals, 49 career assists along with 69 groundballs in the 2011 season
What will you major in/study: Business

Why did you choose school:”I chose Drexel for a majority of reasons. I love the Co-op program that they have to offer. I also love the team and how close all the girls are. I also didn’t want to go far from home.”

Outlook for your high school team: “This season we should do very well. We only lost one starting senior and we are gaining a lot of good sophomores and freshmen.”
