The event will be held on Friday, November 26 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Ridley Community Center.
The HEADstrong Foundation is looking to make this drive another successful one. They ask volunteers to sign up soon and pass this information along to family and friends.

Don’t forget to start eating your Iron Rich foods so you are able to donate. Iron rich foods include: shellfish, oatmeal, soy beans and soy milk, asparagus, bagels, beef, baked potato (with skin), avocado, beans and other green veggies. You can also use a multi-vitamin or iron supplement to boost your iron levels!
