“I am very excited for the 2011 class, all seven student athletes have the competitiveness, athleticism and work ethic to take us to the next level,” Woods said. “They believe in UConn lacrosse and will be a huge part of the future of this program. We look forward to having them on campus next fall.”

Throughout her campaign at Great Valley she has been honored as a first team All-Ches-Mont League selection and an honorable mention All-League selection while earning the title of team captain.

As a junior at Haddam-Killingworth High School, Anderson led her team to the state tournament semifinals after recording 68 goals and 22 assists during the season.
