Conestoga, which won the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) boys’ championship, was named as an award winner in three categories by the LaxGuys in their annual post-season national boys’ lacrosse honors listed on LaxPower.

Conestoga was named by two of the three voters for “Defense of the Year” and “Team you wish you had seen.” Conestoga also was cited for being involved in the “Rest of the country game of the year” (excludes New York and Maryland games) for a 4-3 triple overtime loss to Springfield-Delco that ultimately decided the Central League championship.
Also from Philly, Lower Merion attackman Jordan Wolf was listed by one voter as “Player you wish you had seen” and both Haverford School and Downingtown East were named for the “Ballsiest Team Award” for having such difficult non-league schedules.
