College wrap: West Chester crushes Millersville, 20-3; Philadelphia Univ. tops Holy Family

    Jackie Baker (Penncrest) and Chrissy Stokes (Plymouth Whitemarsh) scored four goals each to lead West Chester to a 20-3 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference win Thursday over visiting Millersville.

    The win improved West Chester to 11-2 overall and 9-0 in the PSAC.

Philadelphia Univ. 18, Holy Family 7

    Taylor Peltzer (Archbishop Wood) led the Rams with four goals while Jennifer James (Little Flower) had three goals for HF.

Division III

Messiah 14, Easton 12

    Rachel Dirksen (Abington) had four goals to pace Messiah (10-3) while Katie Choquette had four goals for the Eagles.

Cabrini 14, Rowan 11

    Erin Nllen (Henderson) scored five goals for the Cavaliers (9-3). Lauren Crennan (Owen J. Roberts) had two goals for Rowan (6-7).

Widener 15, Bryn Mawr 9

    Jackie Elliott (Upper Drby) and Jen Harnden each pumped in five goals for the Pride (6-7). Georgia Lawrence led Bryn Mawr (3-9) with three goals.

Washington College 15, Swarthmore 7

    Amy Vachal led the Garnet (9-7) with four goals.


Swarthmore 13, Hamilton 6

    Stelios Wilson had four goals for the Garnet (6-5).
