Under Armour releases names of Philadelphia girls’ Underclassmen team for June 27-28 tourney

Five members of Radnor’s Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) state championship head the list of Philadelphia girls who have been selected to play in the Under Armour Underclassmen Games June 27-28 at Towson University.

Rising seniors Kelyn Freedman, Allie Martin, Ellie Kraus, Allison Heath and Caourtney Campbell wil be joined by 18 others when the Philly team heads to Towson for the two-day, eight-team tourney that will feature the top underclassmen in the nation. Lisa Murphy, former head coach at Conestoga, is the coach.

The Philly boys’ team is concluding tryouts today and will be announced shortly. The head coach is Mark Petrone, assistant coach for the The Haverford School. The following is a rundown of the schedule and the girls’ roster for Philadelphia.
